At ALT. Fragrances, we want you to find your perfect scent match. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your fragrance is at least 90% full and in its original packaging to qualify for a return or exchange.

• 2.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label and securely package your items to prevent breakage during transit back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned product, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
